Fitness Training

I managed to lose 2 kilograms during the first two weeks of training. (90Kg to 88Kg) There are a raft of measurements , but the good news is that most of them are going in the right direction. I still need to get some weight off, and also increase flexibility. Overall, though, things are definitely going in the right direction and I'm feeling better for it.

This week we have started to do more stomach muscle toning exercises , and this is absolutely killing me. I also had to do 2000 metres on the rowing machine and I had only previously done 1000 Metres. Also this was shortly after 15 Minutes on the exercise Bike. This is not a normal exercise Bike as it does not have a seat. And it doesn't have real pedals, its more like long runners for pedals, so you can put your feet on different numbered sections, which I assume adjusts the level of work and which muscles you are using.
