Black Friday - The effect on Microstakes

I was happily enjoying my sng challenge on Full Tilt when the Black Friday Doomswitch hit me.   The first thing I did was to try and effect a withdrawal of some funds, so i withdrew to my moneybookers account.  Now, this withdrawal was declined for no apparent reason. I did ask support why my cashout had not gone through and they gave me the standard answer. You must have deposited with Moneybookers to withdraw to moneybookers.   Of course all of  my Deposits to full tilt were via Moneybookers.  So this makes it more of a mystery. I did not get a satisfactory answer, so I then decided to re-activate my Netteller account.  I had never actually got around to depositing on Netteller and had forgotten my details.  I requested and eventually got a call from netteller, and was able to activate my account.   So I then decided to withdraw to netteller.
There are a couple of little problems however.  I had not upgraded my account to extended, and my address has changed from the original one registered with Netteller. I have sent netteller the required details, but have not yet heard anything from them.  My FullTilt cashout is stuck in processing, and has been for a few days now.

The other thing I have noticed is that the steps  tournaments have very little volume.  I got myself up to step 6 at the end of March which really helped with clearing a Bonus, however as an example , this morning I looked to see how many people had registered for a step 4 game.  It got up to 4 and is now down to 3.   This is what was happening with the $600 game at the end of March.    The thing about the steps, is that you get to play in higher buy-in sit and go's with a good chance of just getting another shot at the same level, which really should be your minimum target.   A side effect of this , is that it helps to clear the bonuses a lot faster, as you jump up  the levels.
